Our Private Workshops allow groups to select a project, time and date that works for them!  Perfect for Birthdays, Bachelorette parties, Bridal Showers, Team Building, and more. And did we mention you can bring food...and WINE?

You can have up to 15 people in your party. You will need a minimum of 5 people to book a private party and will pay the first 5 fees to secure your spot. ($250) We do NOT hold dates unless you have paid your $250 starting fee. The hostess(you) is only responsible for the first 5 so you will email us their projects and design choices by the deadline. They can find all the choices they can pick from in the Personal Link you will receive. If they choose a project more than the $50 you paid to sign them up, they can pay the balance when they show up for class. Everyone else who will be adding onto your class can go to your Personal link and sign up there.

Private parties need to be booked no shorter than  2 weeks ahead of time. Since we build and and premake each individual stencil design, the cutoff for added people to your group is 7 days before the date of your party.

Because there are so many amazing projects for the Holidays, we are offering some projects in our "Double Up" option in Private workshops. This means you can do TWO projects. Please keep in mind each project is a space (for example is 5 people double up, that's ten spaces in the class, leaving you with only 5 spots left to make 15 spots in class) Because of their size and complexity,the projects you can not make as one of your DoubleUp projects is the Reversible Porch Signs, the Sleds and the LightUps 

 If you would like to have kids participate, please email me and I will send you some kids selections.Kids 5-8 must have an adult helping them with their projects. For their safety, children can NOT run around unattended. Please make sure you ok it with your hostess to bring children as some come to our workshops to have adult time!

There is a $10 Custom Fee for anyone wanting a design we do not have. They will need to email us to see if it's something we can create.


Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. If your cancellation falls within 48-24 hours of the workshop, HALF of your reservation fee will be turned into a workshop credit. If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel the SAME DAY of a workshop you are scheduled to attend, we suggest you find a friend or family member to come in your place so that you are not out the reservation fee you paid. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
